Claire MacKenzie

Biography

Claire qualified as a Solicitor in February 2017 and gained valuable experience in personal injury work before, in 2018, transferring those skills to become a specialist Court of Protection Solicitor at a firm in Liverpool.

In 2021, Claire joined the Slater Heelis team and she specialises solely in Court of Protection work, including managing high-value damages settlements, Panel Deputy appointments, attorney matters, lay deputy applications and working with clients who have suffered serious injuries that impact mental capacity.

Claire creates strong relationships with families and individuals at very challenging times in their lives, and her no-nonsense, pragmatic approach inspires loyalty from clients and colleagues alike.
