Jay acts for a diverse range of clients including property investors, developers, corporate investors, private landlords, corporate landlords, commercial property portfolio managers, mainstream lenders, and private corporate lenders. He is particularly adept at managing complex finance matters such as short-term bridging loans, buy-to-let investment loans, short to mid-term development loans, portfolio re-finance loans, acquisition loans, development exit finance, revolving facility loans, restructuring loans, mezzanine finance, and redemptions.

Jay also specializes in acting for clients on their funded property acquisition matters and re-mortgages, whether on a dual representation or separate representation basis.  Additionally, he advises private property developers on all property aspects of infrastructure projects and renewable energy projects.
