What our clients say about us
We are completely happy with the service received. Daniel and Miriam, when Dan was unavailable, were easy to talk to and guided us through the process of buying and selling. We had lived in the house sold for 26 years and the experience could have been very daunting without their help and support.
We purchased our house in 2014 and used Slater Heelis as we had previously and were very happy with the service received. We were looking at doing some work on our house and came across something mentioning leases which we hadn’t really considered, so contacted Slater Heelis, unsure what reply if any we’d get. Within a couple of hours of submitting the online query, Daniel called us to advise what was in the lease from the records held, superb.
I really cannot thank Daniel and Slater Heelis enough for their assistance with this, we used the service over 3 years ago to buy the house and all this time later, to go from a speculative rambling email not expecting too much to having our query fully resolved and being hugely reassured, is fantastic. I would not hesitate to use Slater Heelis again if the need arose and would recommend them to anyone.
Daniel Henderson conducted the conveyancing very speedily and with a high degree of professionalism. I cannot think of any areas where improvements could be made.
Client of the Residential Conveyancing Team
Dan helped us with the sale and purchase of a property. He was always very helpful and kept us informed all the way.
Dan managed to convey all the facts in plain English without too much legal jargon!
We can’t recommend him enough and he was great to deal with.
