Alex joined Slater Heelis in 2016 as a Private Client Associate Solicitor in the Sale office.
He qualified in 2002 after attending the University of Northumbria at Newcastle, Reading University and studying law at Manchester Metropolitan University. He has a particular specialism in advising clients in connection with their inheritance tax exposure and formulating strategies that can be employed to reduce their liability. This often involves the preparation and supply of complex Wills and Trusts. Alex also has experience in dealing with personal injury trusts and advising on the creation and registration of charities with the Charity Commission and deals with complex probate matters.
Alex qualified as a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) in 2004.
Alex was recognised as a Recommended Lawyer in The Legal 500 directory 2024.
