Richard is a Partner in the Commercial Property department and joined the practice in October 2015.
He specialises in landlord and tenant matters as well as the acquisition and disposal of commercial properties. Richard acts for a wide range of businesses and individuals including sole traders, SMEs, institutional landlords, property investors, pension funds, property developers, the retail and leisure sector, nurseries as well as academies and schools.
