Katharine Mellor brings over 40 years’ experience in M&A, reorganisations, partnerships, LLPS and charities, in addition to being the first female President of the Manchester Law Society. Katharine’s expertise covers all aspects of corporate and commercial law, most notably healthcare and education. She joined Slater Heelis in 2013 having previously been a leading corporate partner at DWF.
