Failing to nominate driver details
Rachel was amazing in court. I think because she was so at ease and knowledgeable, I didn’t feel the need to get upset, she had it all in hand and dealt with. She explained the process to me, fought for me to have the process reversed back to just the two speeding convictions, and even got us in the court first! I was all done and had gotten home within 3 hours!
