This service is suitable for any private limited company. We have three tiers of Company Secretarial Services as set out on our Services Grid.
By providing this service we help to minimise risk and maximise efficiency by:
— allowing the Company’s directors to focus on their business while offering knowledge to both directors and shareholders that their Company records are properly and efficiently maintained;
— having statutory registers which reflect your Company’s latest position with regard to shareholders, directors and persons with significant control, at all times to ensure continued statutory compliance; and
— ensuring that all Companies House filing deadlines are met to avoid fines.
Digital Round the Clock Access
Clients are provided with 24/7 password protected access to their Company’s electronically held statutory books.

If you do not require our full services as set out on the Services Grid, but wish to use our address as your Company’s registered office, you are able to subscribe to our registered office only service.
Your directors would also be entitled to elect to have their service address as our address as part of this service, so as to keep their residential address private.
Our Company Secretarial Services team will manage and effectively sort any post received for your Company or directors to our address and forward on to you by email. We will destroy all junk mail received, which allows you to focus on running your Company whilst we provide organisation of your Company’s correspondence.
This service is provided at a fixed cost of £250 + VAT per annum.
We also offer company incorporations. This comes at a fixed cost of £250 + VAT for a private limited company incorporated with model articles. We are also able to offer the incorporation of companies with bespoke articles of association tailored to your needs, we can provide a quote for this on request once we know your requirements.
