Ambreen Lafinhan

Biography

Ambreen is a Paralegal in the Real Estate Finance Department.

She graduated in law in 2005 and has experience in real estate transactions.

She acts for specialist lenders in respect of real estate finance transactions including property refinance, investment purchases and development loans, working along side a Partner.

She also acts for property investors on sales and acquisitions of residential and commercial properties, working alongside a Partner.

Ambreen also acts for specialist lenders in respect of discharge of security,  consent to leases, consents to Deeds of Grant and discharges of part. Finally, she acts for private landlords on lease renewals, license to sublet, assign and alterations.
