Rebecca De Stefano

Biography

Rebecca joined Slater Heelis in August 2025 as a Chartered Legal Executive in the Court of Protection Team.

Rebecca has worked in family law and qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in January 2024. Rebecca’s experience in managing highly sensitive and complex family matters has enabled her to develop an empathetic but practical approach that places the clients’ welfare at the centre of her work.

Rebecca is fluent in Spanish and has previously developed a niche area assisting Spanish-speaking individuals with their matters, working closely with Latin American organisations to ensure accessibility to the community. She prides her practice on being able to communicate clearly and across cultures with sensitivity, a skill she now brings with her to the Court of Protection Team.

Rebecca is excited to develop her knowledge in Court of Protection and hopes to incorporate this work into existing links with the Latin American community.
