Full-service law firm, Slater Heelis, has further strengthened its Employment Law team with the appointment of Sylviane Kokouendo as Associate Partner and Shazia Ashraf as an Associate, bolstering the firm’s depth of expertise as it continues to expand its growing Employment practice.
Sylviane Kokouendo brings a wealth of international experience to the team. Fluent in several languages, Sylviane has advised both employers and employees across the full spectrum of employment matters, from contracts, policies and HR processes to complex corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions. Her background includes advising multinational organisations on cross-border employment issues and multi-jurisdictional compliance.

Shazia Ashraf joins with significant experience advising employers across a range of industries including food and drink, retail, banking and the public sector. She provides strategic support on day-to-day HR matters such as disciplinary and grievance procedures, sickness absence management and contract drafting, alongside representing clients in Employment Tribunal proceedings.
