We are committed to fostering a culture prioritising our employees’ wellbeing. Our wellness & wellbeing committee, mental health first aiders, and menopause champions are here to provide the support you need to thrive.

We are recognised for our outstanding employee wellness initiatives, we believe in creating an environment that fosters balance, resilience, and happiness:

• In 2022 the firm partnered with Rugby League Cares (RLC) to deliver monthly workshops to all employees with a focus on mental health.
• In 2023, Slater Heelis – despite competition from global brands – won the ‘Highly Commended’ Award for Employee Wellness Initiative of The Year.
• During the same year, the firm introduced its first Wellbeing Strategy which will form the backbone to driving this agenda for years to come.
