Issabelle had previously completed her school work experience within the Court of Protection team and later re-joined the team as a temporary admin assistant whilst studying her Law degree, before returning as a Paralegal. She has recently enrolled on the Solicitors Qualifying Examination.
She graduated from Durham University with First Class Honours, and was awarded first place in the Law of Family Relationships Prize, supported by Lord Justice McFarlane, President of the Family Division. Issabelle has also been invited to marshal Lord Justice McFarlane when he is sitting in the Court of Appeal.
Having previously worked in the Court of Protection team, Issabelle has a real passion for this niche area of law, an understanding of the Court of Protection procedures and the application of the Mental Capacity Act 2005.
In her spare time, she enjoys visiting Disney, going to the theatre and spending quality time with her family.
