We have strengthened our property team with the appointment of two solicitors across our Commercial Property and Property Litigation teams.
Will Newman has joined the firm as an Associate Solicitor in our Commercial Property team, based in our new Chester office on St John Street.
He brings a broad range of experience across the real estate sector, including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, lending transactions and auction work with strong insight on the North West commercial property market.
Lucy Spilsbury has joined as a Solicitor in our Property Litigation team, based in our Deansgate office in Manchester. Specialising in private civil litigation, Lucy’s experience enables her to assist our clients across a range of disputes, with a particular focus on property litigation and contentious probate matters.
