Case Closed – Ep1 No-Fault Divorce

In this episode we discuss the proposed changes to divorce law in England and Wales following the Government’s public consultation into no-fault divorce.

We look at the current ‘blame game’ culture that divorce law creates and discuss whether the proposed changes to remove fault from divorce proceedings will make the process less acrimonious and help families look towards the future.
