It was a very complex case with it being a leasehold and so many contacts to be made. Zara managed to deal with it all – right down to the last minute before my mortgage would have expired and that I would have had to go through the entire application again especially with two young children and being 7 months pregnant.
Most of all, I am Deaf and so is my ex-husband, and Zara never once frustrated either one of us by ringing us as we cannot use the phone which is normally the case even if we explain. She kept it all to email and text messages in relation to the completion process. That was a big part and for that, we really appreciated that.
