The team at Slater Heelis was out in force to support the fourth annual HUGS (Helpinig Uganda Schools) charity golf day.

The weather was great and 18 teams played in the Shotgun start competition. The day raised over £5000 for the charity whose work sees schemes developed to sink boreholes and pump clean fresh water to school children at St Zoe's Campus. The HUGS projects work to construct school buildings and campus' with one development in Rwanda being extended to now have 9 classrooms and nearly 300 children in top class accommodation, all of which has been achieved in just the last 18 months.
