We have appointed Helen Marsh as Partner, further strengthening our industry-leading commercial property offering.
Helen will be based at the firm’s Manchester office, located on Deansgate, bringing over 20 years’ experience in commercial property. With expertise in landlord and tenant work across the hospitality, retail, office and warehouse sectors, Helen has built an excellent reputation advising a diverse client base, from major hospitality operators and retail brands with 200+ stores to owner-managed businesses. Helen also specialises in corporate property work as part of company sales and purchases, alongside general commercial property transactions.
Widely-recognised in the sector, Helen is a Leading Partner and Recommended Lawyer in the 2026 UK Legal 500 directory. She has been published in Drapers on retail property trends and is a longstanding member of the Manchester Law Society Commercial Property Committee.
