The corporate team at Slater Heelis advised Manchester-headquartered medical accounting firm Hall Liddy through its acquisition by the eighth largest UK accountancy firm Mazars.
The deal, structured by Jon Ballard of Ballard Evans Corporate Finance, will see all of Hall Liddy’s 31 employees joining Mazars’ Manchester office in St Peter’s Square, along with the management team who will join the Mazars partnership.
