Slater Heelis acts on major infrastructure deal

Leading Manchester law firm, Slater Heelis acted for the shareholder of Leigh-based specialist airport maintenance contractor Allied Infrastructure Management during the firm’s acquisition by national civil engineering firm, Colas Limited.

Simon Wallwork, partner and head of corporate/ commercial at Slater Heelis, led the team that advised Allied. He was supported by Associate solicitor, Janet Robinson and Trainee Solicitor, James Kay.

Manchester-based Ballard Evans acted as corporate finance advisers to Allied.
