Biography
Steve is an experienced corporate associate executive based in Sale. He joined Slater Heelis in January 2025.
Steve previously worked in-house for a land finance/development company, in-house at a tech company in Harrogate and for a firm based in London for an Italian entrepreneur. His experience includes assisting with mergers and acquisitions, both buy-side and sell-side, legal, due diligence, shareholder agreements, NDAs, commercial contract work (both public and private sector) and compliance. Steve has developed an extensive network and has worked closely with international clients (based in Europe, Asia, the Middle East and the United States).
In his spare time, Steve enjoys reading and cooking, playing and watching cricket and football and keeping fit with boxing training
