Sarah is a Human Resources and Employment lawyer with over 17 years’ experience advising on employment related issues. Throughout her career Sarah has regularly been involved in a broad range of complex employment related issues including conducting tribunals, advising on mass redundancy situations, TUPE transfers and pursuing injunctive action in respect of restrictive covenant matters in addition to advising on day to day personnel issues and drafting related documentation, providing employment related support for corporate and commercial transactions and negotiating compensation through Settlement Agreements.
After completing her law degree, Sarah attended Nottingham Law School where she was awarded a Distinction in the Legal Practice Course. She completed her training at Eversheds LLP and after a number of years moved to Turner Parkinson LLP and latterly to Slater Heelis. Sarah became a Partner in 2015. Sarah contributes to articles including for the Executory News and MEN Business Week. She is also a member of our Schools and Academies team.
