Biography

Liz has considerable experience in managing the financial affairs of clients who have lost mental capacity, having worked in the Court of Protection team at Pannone and then Slater and Gordon Lawyers for 9 years before joining Slater Heelis in November 2017. Her work involves assisting the deputy in dealing with the day to day finances of a wide range of clients, from the elderly to brain injured children and adults, many of whom have been awarded substantial damages in settlement of personal injury or clinical negligence claims.

Liz previously worked in the financial services sector, gaining experience in equity release, pensions administration, investigating the mis-selling of endowment policies and independent financial advice.

In her spare time, Liz enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring the great outdoors and yoga.
