Janet Robinson joined as an Associate in the Corporate team in August 2015. In May 2021 she became an Associate Partner.
Janet advises on a broad range of corporate matters including acquisitions, disposals, private equity investments, reorganisations and joint ventures / shareholders’ agreements. She acts for a wide variety of clients and is experienced in advising parties from the various sides of a transaction, whether that be sellers, buyers, management teams, private investors, venture capitalists or banks.
She was also recognised for her work supporting Simon Wallwork in the Manchester Legal Advisers List in 2020, run by Experion.
Janet is recognised as a Recommended Lawyer in The Legal 500.
