Eleanor joined the firm as a paralegal in the corporate team in October 2017.  She assists on a wide range of corporate matters, in particular supporting with the drafting of the documentation required for acquisitions, disposals, private equity transactions, company reorganisations and joint ventures for a varied range of clients.

She completed the LLB and the PG Dip Legal practice at the University of Plymouth and qualified as a solicitor with a firm in Plymouth in its corporate/commercial department in 2011.   Eleanor went on to work at a niche law firm in Exeter, working as an assistant solicitor carrying out corporate transactions, in particular assisting with the documentation for private equity transactions.

Prior to joining Slater Heelis, Eleanor worked as a solicitor for Hugh James Solicitors in Cardiff and was seconded during her time there to Natural England, a non-departmental governing body dealing with nature conservation.”
