While many of the team relish their “supporting role” in the firm, we expect everyone to understand how they can make a positive contribution to what we do and ultimately improve our service to our clients.

So we look for the same qualities that we expect of those in client-facing roles – enthusiasm, experience, a can-do attitude and a commitment to help us achieve our goals.
