Richard studied Biological Sciences at the University of Edinburgh finishing top of his honours class before reading law at Manchester Metropolitan University and qualified as a solicitor in 2009.

Richard has acted for clients on a number of matters including the disposal and acquisition of SMEs, Stock Exchange listing, advising upon and preparing commercial contracts, and advising upon intellectual property issues affecting businesses.
