Neil joined Slater Heelis in February 2007 as the firm's Practice Manager.

His responsibilities include HR, facilities and premises management, purchase ordering and control and financial management together with other strategic projects across the firm.

With a career background spanning over thirty-eight years with NatWest/ RBS, Neil brings considerable experience to his role, and has particular expertise with people and change management duties.
