Joanne Reilly Chartered Legal Executive
Joanne qualified as a Legal Executive specialising in Family Law in December 2011. Joanne assists the Family department as a whole, working closely with Mike Hamlin, Mark Heptinstall and Wendy Buckley. She has experience in all areas of family law including divorce/dissolution of Civil Partnerships, separation, cohabitation, joint property disputes, financial applications, Pre and Post-Nuptial Agreements, Change of Name Deeds, occupation and injunction proceedings and Children Act matters including contact and residence applications and Parental Responsibility applications/Agreements.
Joanne regularly briefs and assists advocates at Court hearings from directions appointments to final hearings. She is able to conduct hearings before a District Judge in chambers in the County Court which helps to reduce clients' costs.
In her spare time Joanne is also undertaking a law degree at Manchester Metropolitan University and will graduate at the end of 2013. Thereafter she hopes to complete her Legal Practice Course with a view to cross qualifying as a Solicitor.
