Geoffrey Blower joined Slater Heelis in November 2009, following an illustrious career with Eversheds LLP.
Geoffrey has over 30 years' experience in advising upon, negotiating and project-managing a wide range of high profile corporate and commercial transactions for FTSE listed PLCs, multinational corporations and entrepreneurs including mergers and acquisitions, disposals, rights issues and placings. He also advises directors, managers and in-house counsel on compliance with companies legislation, Listing Rules and FSA Regulations.
