The Court of Protection team at Slater Heelis is a specialist group of Lawyers dedicated to dealing with the management of property and financial affairs and health and welfare decisions of people who lack the ability to deal with matters themselves.
Members of the team work closely with families and carers to ensure that the correct advice and guidance is given to safe guard and protect everyone affected including the family and loved ones. The legal issues that are raised from an individual losing mental capacity can be complex and confusing, but at Slater Heelis we pride ourselves in being able to give clear, concise and practical advice to help and ensure that informed decisions are made for the best possible outcome.
